basenode.io is free for freelancers and individuals. The free tier allows up to 12 invoices per year, with limitations on displayed transactions. The PLUS tier, offering unlimited access, costs 9 EUR per month. For company pricing, please contact us for a quote.

5. Do I need to pass KYC to use basenode.io?

No, KYC is only required for users engaging in fiat-to-crypto payments or token trading.

6. What is the fee to use fiat-to-crypto payments?

We offer a competitive fee of 1.5% of the invoice amount for fiat-to-crypto payments.

7. How can I cancel my PLUS subscription?

In the web app, go to your profile, select billing, and click on cancel. You can cancel anytime on a monthly basis.

8. What Blockchains and tokens are supported on the platform?

We currently support Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Chain, Polygon, Fantom Chain, and Ronin Chain.

9. What currencies are supported for fiat-to-crypto payments?

We support payments in EUR (SEPA) and payouts in USDC and USDT on Ethereum or Polygon.
